Going to try out some different nutrition for tomorrow's Chiltern Wonderland 50.
Salted boiled potatoes, avocado, and a small amount of grated cheese wraps. Tastes amazing!
I am definitely not someone who can stomach loads of sugar on long runs. Always feel better with real food. Hopefully these will work well! Especially with a decent cup of tea.
