Customers don’t even like the human sales people, but knowing it’s a bot will make them feel even better and more likely to buy.
These are fundamentally unserious people.

On the website #airbnb automatically translates text in messages that are sent to me to my language (at least for me with the messages I received today it is) but it sends the text in email in the language I don't read. It seems like it would be more sensible to send the email in my language also.
