    Customers don’t even like the human sales people, but knowing it’s a bot will make them feel even better and more likely to buy.

    These are fundamentally unserious people.

  4. On the website automatically translates text in messages that are sent to me to my language (at least for me with the messages I received today it is) but it sends the text in email in the language I don't read. It seems like it would be more sensible to send the email in my language also.
