Week three of the kitchen refurb - walls now painted, and all waiting for the new units, which should be delivered tomorrow or Friday. And then comes the fixing - hopefully things will be operational my the end of next week. #crossfingers

#beekeeping Crossing fingers, might have managed to save an ailing queen by double queening a hive (!). Combined a small swarm with a queen that was not laying/almost just a ball... now has fresh egg! Queens are on either side of a separator. (had a Southern Italian queen from Kentucky about to fail... one of many). If this works, will have half a hive of local bees/half Italian. #crossfingers

Fiber install at the ranch. Dug out trenches, and ran 40m of conduit, then ran brainded 65lb line, THEN used that to pull 80lb nylon monofilament. Hopefully the guy just has to run it down from the pole, and pull in thru to the house. #fiber #fttp #CrossFingers

Okay, so, what's next? Holidays, then a week off from work where I try and put together the crowdfunding campaign for mid-January. #crossfingers
