Internet Hive Mind, I'm looking for scholars that theorize about disability influences on queer culture. Not how disabled queers are impacted by intersectional oppression or identity, nor how this intersection exists, but rather how overall queer culture is shaped by the presence of disabled sensibility. (I.E. a crip reading of queer culture)

Forging ahead to my next and probably last book of the year: "Black Madness :: Mad Blackness". The author mentions Hortense Spillers, a critique of the cyborg, of avoiding the use of assemblage, of the absence of blackness in madness and the absence of madness in blackness and a whole lot more. I see mention of Alison Kafer who works include crip futures. And mentions of Octavia Butler and La Marr Jurelle Bruce. A small book but with much to expand.
