模仿犯 (Copycat Killer) is pretty grim, but ended up compelling enough that I stuck with it. Based on a Japanese crime novel by Miyuki Miyabe, it's transposed to 1990s Taipei, and is Taiwan's biggest hit on Netflix yet. Definitely worth watching, but I think I'm ready for something a little more light-hearted next...
