Evening and its darkness, rediscovering ones own city. New construction site, new detours, people out in the street heading for the weekend, a young woman on a bicycle, a very young kid on the back seat, giggling and yawning beyond tired. The last of the neighborhood supermarkets closing for today. Parking lanes. Doors locked. Returning. A quick drink, a shower. The immediate sensation of familiarity in everything. Sleepy.
