Here is why you should open your #windows whenever you can. On the left, is 2:05 PM when I’ve had the windows closed all day, the #CO2 levels in the house are high, indicating poor #ventilation. Now swipe to the right image, the levels have dropped to a third after leaving the windows open for over 2 hours, indicating excellent ventilation. High CO2 levels indoors can cause various #health issues including #tiredness, #headaches, #eye #irritation, #dizziness and/or #difficulty #concentrating, so please check your levels inside your house.
