  1. Here is why you should open your #windows whenever you can. On the left, is 2:05 PM when I’ve had the windows closed all day, the #CO2 levels in the house are high, indicating poor #ventilation. Now swipe to the right image, the levels have dropped to a third after leaving the windows open for over 2 hours, indicating excellent ventilation. High CO2 levels indoors can cause various #health issues including #tiredness, #headaches, #eye #irritation, #dizziness and/or #difficulty #concentrating, so please check your levels inside your house. 5. Calming sounds 🏞️

A while ago, I shared a post where I wrote about the MyNoise® soundapp. I've been using the app a lot since. Mostly, when I head to bed. I start one of the soundscapes when I go to bed. If I wake up again, feeling restless, I may start it again for a while (I put it on a timer). But, the last few days, I have also been using it while I was reading... The offical home page for the project is here: https://mynoise.net/ Just to be sure, I want to sat that this post is in no way sponsored by myNoise. This is just me, being grateful for the project, as it has helped me so much, wishing to inform others about it. There are several soundscapes that I have downloaded in the app on my phone. You can stream them when you try them out. But, if you like them a lot, there is an option to download them to your phone, so you can also use them when you're offline, or with low service/data. Over the last few weeks, I have tried several sounds, and downloaded some as well. And this post, I will write about them. And... How they help my AuDHD brain relax and/or focus, sometimes better than any kind of "normal" music can do. […]
