  18. If you have ever had a friend / loved one with #depression or have experienced it yourself, you know #tiredness is a common symptom (due to poor #sleep quality). Turns out, it also works the other way around; poor sleep and sleep deprivation can lead to depression.
    Although It's never that simple, and sleeping more might not be good for depression.

  19. I normally sleep 6-7 hours per night, but occasionally I will sleep longer. I think my body is just helping me recover. But I never feel good after a long sleep, well at least not initially.

    Last night I slept about 10 hours and I feel very groggy this morning. Luckily I am work-free today or it would be agony.

    There are days when people achieve everything they set out to do? 😂

    Seriously though, on the days I need it #modafinil is great for #alertness
    Not every day as they're not cheap (where I am about $2 per pill). I learnt about it from a #MichaelMosley documentary about #sleep You need a #prescription for them though (where I am anyway). It's a #stimulant like #caffeine but without the side-effects, like #jitters
