I also finished Facilitating Collaboration by Brandon Klein and Dan Newman.
Reads like a conversation over drinks with an experienced facilitator.
The basic stuff is communicated too briefly or obliquely for newer facilitators, so the real value is in the myriad stories Klein and Newman share.
Recommended for facilitators who've been around the block a couple times.

Now that I'm done writing and editing, my moratorium on workshop and collaboration books is lifted.
I finished Beyond Sticky Notes by Kelly Ann McKercher
Solid treatise on facilitating collaborative design, though focused very heavily on social causes.
Recommended as a second or third book on collaborative design for intermediate designers/facilitators.

@dajb Quite remarkable how much has changed in just a few years. And, in some ways, how little has changed in how we think about both taxonomies and folksonomies.
It's quite relevant to our interests as we work on platforms for #OERs and other #LearningResources. That part is in continuity with #LearningObjectRepositories as well as #OpenTextbooks and even learning platforms from Moodle to #NGDLE (remember that?).
My hunch is that we can solve these metadata woes through #CollaborativeDesign.
