Now THIS is a genuine downpour. When I got to Roosevelt Circle at 7:31, the rain was somewhat gentler. But over the hour it has steadily intensified. I totally should have worn the trousers that come along with my raincoat; as it is my lower half is soaked. As usual on Monday's I'm holding up an (increasingly soggy) ALL BLACK sign. Craige arrived around 7:40.

A handful of people can buy better walls, private transport, safer property and temporary insulation from the consequences #Climatechaos is a collective problem, and pretending it is an individual lifestyle problem is worshipping the #deathcult.
We need to stop dreaming about joining the tiny #nastyfew elitists and start building communities that can survive the mess together.
Less individual escape. More collective resilience.
