Ok, semi-serious and only part rhetorical question. Why do so many clients do the exact same thing all the time?
1- I get a text message from a client: “Can you call me? I have a quick and very urgent question.”
2- I dial the client’s number, which just rings and rings and is never answered.
3- I send a text back asking them to call me at their earliest convenience.
4- Anytime between 2 hours and 3 days later I get a call from the same client asking ME what I needed to talk to them for!?
I’m secretly convinced, and a bit worried, they’re part of a secret conspiracy to drive me crazy. 🤪
