Saw this at my local #AMC when it was released & have still been waiting for an authorized #DVD release of it but I'm just about ready to buy an unauthorized copy of it from a vendor in China. 🤷♂️

The film is based on the true story of #ClaressaShields , the first American woman to win gold in Olympic boxing and the first American boxer to win consecutive Olympic gold medals. The film follows her journey mostly in pursuit of her first gold medal, as well as all the troubles she has to deal with along the way, particularly in her home life. 1/2
