Apparently dragging my whingey body through a bunch of handstand drills didn't make me any less tired, but it did wonders for my sore arms.

Field trip today!
Some of my performing partners and I are visiting an elephant sanctuary. As most of these beautiful old beasts are retired circus performers, I suspect we'll have lots to talk about.
