I made #CincinnatiStyleChili today and I think it's the closest I've come to getting the flavor profile correct.
People ask me often what I miss from the US since I moved to Germany. The answer is usually food related, and usually regional foods. #GoldStarChili or #SkylineChili, #CassanosPizza or #MarionsPizza.
So it's nice when I can recreate it here. 😋
