Our annual Thanksgiving taco tradition

and for #ChaniNicolas ‘s #ChaniApp , which has been a key self-care resource during this long absence from therapy. My after-dinner dog walk meant affirmations on collaboration and healing, and a walking meditation in conversation with my #InnerCritic . I’m not an astrology person, but Chani’s meditations and affirmations are unusually accessible and helpful for me.
