  1. I took advantage of being in Taipei City this afternoon to stop at a #ChaChaanTeng #茶餐廳 (#HongKong style diner) for lunch.

    Not only I did finish my 海鮮豆腐煲 (braised seafood and tofu pot) which came with a full bed of cooked lettuce, I also ate a whole dish of 芥蘭 (Chinese kale) dressed in oyster sauce.

    Leafy greens are an immense part of Hong Kong cuisine. I forgot how much I missed it.

    There are so many bits of leafy greens stuck between my teeth right now, but man was it worth it!
