5 ingredients. 35 minutes. Indian street food at its simplest.

Tikki ki chaat 🥔
Crispy potato patties. Spiced chickpea mash on top. Chili powder to finish.
Garam masala, crushed cloves, black pepper, mango powder.
Shallow fry until golden. Top. Serve immediately — they don't wait well.
Indian street food at home. 35 minutes.
