A keto happy meal in a room with clime.
Avocado, hard boiled egg, whole fat Greek yoghurt, home made Kim chi, a little olive oil, and salt. I found some mildly hot peppers at the corner market.
I use my sous vide at 70C to make a dozen eggs at once. They are so perfect. I bring my own eggs, Kim chi, olive oil and salt. I always have a knife and utensils.
I'm already running low on Kim chi after a week. It makes a great instant salad just by adding lettuce and olive oil and salt. 4 more days to go.
I can always find the rest as I go in order to make some variant of this.
