  1. The 37th #ECALunchtimeWebinar will take place May 22nd 2025 @ 1pm CET.
In this #webinar, a new project, GEMS, proposed and managed by all three general interest groups (GIG-01, GIG-02 and GIG-03) of the European Crystallographic Association, will be presented. This project is intended to include the whole community of 🇪🇺 crystallographers, both early-career and experienced ones, therefore strengthening and vitalising the European crystallographic community.

Please register for the webinar here: eventbrite.com/e/37th-eca-lunc

  11. Ok, structural #glycotime folks: together with Garib, Rob and Keitaro (MRC-LMB) we’re re-doing and testing the #CCP4 restraint dictionaries for #GlycosidicLinks using #AceDRG and #Privateer MKIV.

Are there any links we’ve missed in previous iterations of the monomer library?

What sort of checks would you like us to do to make sure the dictionaries are up to scratch?

We’re currently checking R/Rfree, rmsd, ring conformation, RSCC on deposited vs old_monlib vs new_monlib post-refinement.
