## 1. Введение Старые промышленные холодильные машины часто продолжают исправно работать десятилетиями. Механика ещё имеет большой ресурс, теплообменники обслуживаются,ремонтируются, но электронные платы постепенно становятся главным ограничением эксплуатации. В моём случае проблемой стала специализированная плата защиты и управления компрессорами ССP1 (CPM1) чиллера Carrier 30HXA. Она контролировала токи двигателя, температуру обмоток и цепь высокого давления, а также управляла контактором, масляным соленоидом и соленоидом охлаждения двигателя. Центральный контроллер чиллера циклически обменивался с этой платой данными по промышленной шине. Найти новую плату оказалось сложно. Покупка бывшего в употреблении экземпляра не решала вопрос надолго: возраст компонентов был примерно таким же, а проверить остаточный ресурс до установки невозможно. Поэтому была поставлена другая задача: заменить плату CCP1 (CPM1) на чиллере 30HXA программно-аппаратным эмулятором на базе Wiren Board 8.5, сохранив штатный центральный контроллер, интерфейс оператора и существующую логику чиллера. Центральный контроллер платы MBB должен был увидеть на шине ожидаемое устройство, получать от него правдоподобные измерения и состояния защит, а команды должны были исполняться с предсказуемой задержкой. ## 2. Что требовалось заменить Оригинальная плата обслуживала два компрессора A1 и В1. Для каждого необходимо было реализовать: - измерение трёх фазных токов; - измерение температуры обмоток двигателя;
