Hey #BrownsSocialhouse, you need to fix your #nutrition info. The #Steak #Frites is clearly missing the #macros for the #fries especially with a #carb count that low, and the separate listing for the HCDC fries has a #calorie count that is way too high for those macros. People who have #insulin dependant #diabetes need that info to be accurate when #bolusing, as inaccurate #carbcounting can lead to glucose levels that are either too high or too low. This is why accurate nutrition and #allergen info should be mandatory at all #BritishColumbia restaurants, because the lack of them is a huge barrier for many #disabled people to eat at #restaurants.

I'm looking for a low(er) #carb protein or meal replacement bar. It can have some real sugar, just not much.
Tricky bit is I'm looking for no sugar alcohols, and most of the #keto or #paleo ones I see have erythritol or malitol or other sugar alcohols.
For "fake" sweeteners, monkfruit is acceptable as long as it's not cut with the sugar alcohols.
So anything with nuts, dark chocolate, almond flour, butter, all good.
So, any suggestions?

#KingArthur #Keto #wheat #flour is very expensive, but it's allowing me to have breads again while maintaining a low #carb diet.
I'm not a good baker, until I made a loaf of bread with this flour last month, almond scones were the most ambitious thing I'd baked.
Tonight, I made #popovers, and they came out great! Even better than the bread.
I had to put them back into the cooling oven since I took them out at the minimum recommended time.
With melted butter, they're amazing.
