Everybody has heard reports of the agreement between Israel & Hamas over a humanitarian pause aka ceasefire and the "freeing of hostages" aka #CaptivesExchange.

How it has been reported surfaces as an issue. Mainstream Media, in a feeble attempt at accuracy, says there will be an exchange of people, however characterized, between Israel & Hamas where Hamas releases hostages and Israel releases people in jail.

So far, so good, until we get to the "women and children" part.

Separately mentioned in passing is that the swap is women-and-children for women-and-children....without blinking an eyelash that there are children in Israeli prisons. Nevermind that they're Palestinian children--that there are children at all in Israel's jails.

I'm going to give credit to CNN's Rosemary Church for being accurate on this matter as well as asking questions of the reporter-on-the-ground as to what offense did children commit that landed them in jail.

The reporter said "throwing rocks."

Rosemary Church hosts live CNN broadcasts when they're not more commonly re-running the day's earlier shows, and during the wee hours so that the prime time audience wouldn't notice, I guess.

I'm calling SHENANIGANS.
