Well, that's looking a lot tidier already! I'm basically making this to replicate my Resolume workflow, 'cause Resolume REFUSE to package for Linux.

Day seven #WeekOfPatching. I recorded and uploaded a way to long video showcasing the Midi receiver and websocket connection. Next up will be updating the log accordingly, write a few words about the sync conncetion and publishing the patch for others to use.

Day four and five of #weekOfPatching, I added a websocket connection, that syncs the midi-for-light from #mixxx. Quickly whipped it out at the office party, but it was a bit more chaotic than expected. Worked great tho!

Day 1 of #weekOfPatching

Optimized my #cablesGL stable diffusion patch to work with performant RGB 8bit textures. Also adding a normalmalp lighting base.

The idea is to sync up cables patches with dj sets comming from @mixxx, there already is a "midi for light" midi mapping available in Mixx, which does the hard work here.

Next up is extending this with more features.

(The audio is just a random synth noodel, no way to record the audio right now.)

A wild side quest appeared. Syncing up the many devices that somehow ended up here this weekend.
Using a very basic websocket timeline and a distributed „pixel“ noise as input. #cablesGl once again proves to be super flexible.
