    The UK Big Butterfly count numbers are reported really low. Long term trends and a dreadful wet and cool 2024 Spring and Summer. BUT mostly the last UK government allowing toxic pesticides to be relicensed for use, that kill our pollinators. Red Admiral, which was once a #MigratorySpecies, is now living in the UK all year round. We're also seeing other species which have previously suffered severe declines, such as Comma, recovering, with a huge increase of 94% in where it is found."
