Wie geil ist das denn?
Gestern Abend noch schnell verarbeitet. Deshalb hatte ich keine Zeit, den Brookie im Ofen abkühlen zu lassen, weshalb er beim Anschnitt etwas zerfiel. Und ich hatte noch keine Zeit ihn zu kosten. Wird heute Nachmittag nachgeholt!

First attempt at #baking #brookies. Okay, but needs second iteration. The thought of retarding brownie baking with the ceramic baking pan worked too well: Brownie was underdone while Cookie was over-browned. Additional alkalinisation of the Cookie made this even worse. Still, the concept of a #brookie has a lot of potential - #Junk #Food 😇

Have I lived under a rock, or how am I only just now finding out about the "brookie"---a combo of brownie and cookie. 🍪 There is a mix I discovered when looking for a relatively "healthy" brownie mix. lols. Should I buy? It's by Annie's.
