#Brachytherapy
Possibly the most significant run I've done in years.
Two months ago today I was 'enjoying' my LDR Brachytherapy procedure, this is my first run since.
Hopefully this is a turning point and my body will let me return to running.
If you are on this, or any other, cancer journey - I send you strength.
Men - get your PSA tested.(In the current artistic climate the plastic ropes tied to the handrail are worth a fortune.)

Sadly I have to put my running on hold for a while.
I've elected to have Brachytherapy(LDR) treatment for my prostate. I'm very lucky that it has been caught at an early stage and that my outlook is positive. Not sure how long before I get back to running. Running has been the thing that has kept my physical and mental health in good condition.
If anyone has experience of running after #Brachytherapy I'd like to hear.
Men - get your PSA test. All of you - enjoy your running.
