Had spaghetti alla #bottarga for Sunday lunch today. One variety of Bottarga is made from Bluefish #Tuna eggs and is so scarce it's considered a #delicacy. It's not cheap. The #flavour is very #subtle, fishy and slightly salty. Personally, the flavour is far too subtle for me. #Italy #cuisine

We're having pasta with #bottarga for Liberation Day holiday lunch today here in #Milan #Italy. Bottarga is considered the caviar of the Mediterranean by some, apparently.
