  1. 📚 Rhythm of War by Brandon Sanderson

I just finished reading Rhythm of War by Brandon Sanderson

Very long book. I wanted epic fantasy and this is that in spades. I guess my only complaint about the writing style/story telling style is that it doesn't feel that anyone very important is going to die. Unlike George RR Martin books, where main characters can and probably will die, this series feels that the main characters are going to figure out a way through. The story archs get a bit... predicable. Oh no Kaladin is sad and can't go on but then BOOM he fights through and finds a way and saves the day. Rinse repeat. Still, I really liked this book and the series. 5 out of 5 and it get's the heart too.

  10. 📖 Book Log #3
📚 A Short History of Nearly Everything
    ✍️ Bill Bryson
💭 Book I have read 5-6 years ago. An amazing book that teaches you the history of the universe, nature, civilization, life, science, planet earth, the humans. Very humbling book that puts the oddity of life very evident. And how lucky we are to be alive here in this universe, this planet, this body and in this timeframe.

  11. 📖 Book Log #2
📚 The 48 Laws of Power
    ✍️ Robert Greene
💭 Book I have read 4 years ago. Big fan of the author. He studied history, historical biographies and puts in this book some patterns he found among powerful people in history to gain and maintain power. Similar to The Prince by Machiavelli. Teaches you Machiavellian thinking or how machiavellian people think. Good read for people into history, biographies and power dynamics.
