If you want a #coffee with ice / caffé freddo in #Valencia, you ask for a "café del tiempo" (a "weather coffee") and you get a glass of ice (maybe with a lemon wedge) and a separate coffee as per your choosing. You then add anything you need to the coffee (e.g. condensed milk, if you want it to be a café #bombon) and then pour it over the ice.
