I think the #Blitzortung forum is compromised. It's got this fake (but real-looking) captcha that'll sometimes appear, which tries to get me to run a malicious script. And upon further inspection, they're loading a very sus obfuscated script on every page load (that seems to call out to an external server and evals the response).

Ich benutze gerne die Blitzortung.org-App. Als Funkamateur interessieren mich elektromagnetische Wellen aller Art besonders, und ich war schon drauf und dran, mich mit dem Aufbau einer eigenen Station in dem Projekt zu beschäftigen.
Hab's dann doch nicht gemacht, weil:
"To protect our work in that we have invested several thousands of hours of our free time, we provide the sources [...] and the layout data [...] only for selected [individuals]"

Elke bliksemontlading wordt geregistreerd en verschijnt vrijwel meteen op de kaart.

Je kan het zelfs laten donderen door het geluid aan te vinken 😁 , maar bij mij staat dat standaard af 😉
