Already discussed and cited by #Beckett #scholars in such studies as Samuel #Beckett’s #GermanDiaries 1936–1937, the new #book explains how the creator of #WaitingforGodot, that dramatization of stasis and futility, could turn out to be a man of action opposing the #Holocaust and the downfall of German culture.
