They also had a zero-plastic-parts flour sifter so I bought it. I already have an all-metal flour sifter but it's the kind with the actuator built into the handle and I am 100% tired of it jamming up all the time. This new one is the old metal-hoop style and it may and may not be better but this is the cheaper of the two still made and reasonably commonly available - and it feels it - but it didn't cost me enough to care about if it doesn't work out.

stopped by construction work on ballinger way on the way back from the tesla takedown protest today
lots of work still to go, and they're gonna have to relocate the crane to do the other half of the segments
