I've been gifted a very nice Russell Hobbs bread maker.
However, all the recipes that come with it ask for sugar and I'm a bit worried about adding sugar in the amounts asked for in something that kiddo and I will be eating. Kiddo doesn't eat much processed sugar and I try to avoid having too much as well.
Anyone got any low to no sugar bread maker recipes?

These are my carrot cake muffins. They seem to rise up nicely during baking, and then inevitably they fall flat. I'm not sure if there is too much oil, or what. Any ideas of what could be causing them to fall flat?
I've checked our oven temperature with a thermometer, so the temp is not off.
