@firefoxwebdevs I suppose we can rest easy in knowing AI will be off by default and we’ll never be bombarded by notifications to turn it on, that it won’t have control over our browser preferences and settings, that it won’t be tricked by injection attacks from the pages we visit, and it will have no visibility whatsoever to the password managers (especially web ones).

Not only does hot-desking make workers feel under-valued and disrespected, but it also reduces productivity. Every morning, at a new desk, I have to reset the positions of my various windows. And sometimes the mouse has a different sensitivity and I have to fix that, too.
Like the one I've got today. I've got the mouse tracking speed maxed out, and it still feels sluggish. WTF?

A TV reality show like Pimp My Ride but it's called Blur My Background. People who aren't capable of clicking the "Blur My Background" option in Zoom are visited by zany, somewhat dramatic experts who spend a day and $50,000 to physically blur the space behind the person on Zoom calls. They might paint the person's stuff, set up elaborate diffusion lenses on tripods, place translucent film in strategic locations, or maybe just dab microdoses of vaseline on the person's webcam.
Pretty sure this would be a huge hit.

Just reading back one of those phantom hitchhiker stories from 70s Britain that seem to always begin ‘Roy wasn’t drunk when he left the pub, he’d only had 4-5 pints that night and could hold his liquor.’ They often seem to be driving a huge articulated lorry in that state, too, just prior to picking up the ghost.
