Sometimes it's good to keep up with previews. We recently released the latest version of the #Storage module for #Azure #PowerShell. This release brings several changes for interactions with #AzureStorage Queues as we transition from a legacy data plane SDK to our modern data plane SDK (details in https://github.com/Azure/azure-powershell-pr/issues/3261).

One thing I wonder is if #AzureStorage will override my content-type if I reupload.

So, we are good, I will create something new. I need to store my followers somewhere, decided to use a table in #AzureStorage for simplicity.

I saw the story of #Dropbox ditching unlimited storage. I’m using 5tb in an #Azurestorage account for my backup needs and it’s only costing me $3.00 a month. Cheaper than a Google or Dropbox plan.

Neat. Cross-region service endpoints can now be configured to allow access to an Azure Blob or Data Lake storage account from VNets in any region. Apparently, local and cross-region service endpoints can't coexist on the same subnet so would need to be recreated.

Hard to believe the gymnastics required to “move” 1,000 files from one folder to another in an #Azure Cold Storage container.
Hoping to tackle 500gb+ of duplicate images in storage but even this tiny attempt to clean up a bit is making me think I’m using the wrong tools.
