The author latches on to the ordenance expenditure of the US forces in the Middle East to then expands onto other defence matters to support an argument not well founded in facts.This reads like an electoral manifesto puff-piece by a candidate with little depth of knowledge in Defence matters and anchored in the belief that any #ForeignAlliances are bound to impact, with dramatic effects, on our national sovereignty. Impact, yes of course. Dramatic? Not in the least.
