Little sad PSA: my 10y old daughter just cried because Apple removed one of her favorite games from Arcade. She played for over 2y, trained and named dozens of dragons. Gone. No warning, no notifications, no chance to at least take screenshots of her favorite dragons. The app is still installed on two iPads but it refuses to open saying it’s been removed. Arcade is genuinely great value if you have smaller kids (no ads/IAPs). But this is sad and terrible customer experience #askatp #askupgrade
