@BjoernB ja, mit einer Keycap als Basisform und Abformsilikon. Ist tatsächlich gar nicht so schwer. Schau dir mal meine Tröts der letzten Tage mit dem Hashtag #artisankeycaps an :) Für die nächsten Versuchte könnte ich bei Gelegenheit mal kleine 3D-Objekte brauchen *zwinker* :D

Nach 36 Stunden die Tastenkappe aus der Form geholt. Leider schon bei der Kontrollmasse klar: Mischverhältnis war wohl nicht ganz passend - Masse bleibt leicht elastisch. Auch sonst die typischen Erstlingsfehler gemacht: zu viele Blasen im Ergebnis (Fön reicht nicht zum Erhitzen, Bunsenbrenner muss her), zu wenig Masse in die Form gepackt bzw. zu viel rausgedrückt. Gegen die Trübung müsste ich schleifen und polieren. Aber für den ersten Versucht finde ichs okay :) #artisankeycaps

Jetzt kann Oberseite und Stamm mit Harz befüllt werden. Je nachdem ob und was man drin haben möchte, muss man mehrere Schichten giessen und sie eine gewisse Zeit aushärten lassen. Ich habe die Unterseite zudem mit Farbpulver blau gefärbt. Wichtig ist auch hier, dass der Stamm komplett von Harz umschlossen ist - sonst wird das nichts beim rausnehmen :) #artisankeycaps
