The very jolly Bald Archy portrait prize just announced its winner as “Despicable Ploy” by Phil Meatchem. The exhibition is in #Canberra till tomorrow Sunday 23 March, before travelling to Griffith NSW, then Mansfield Victoria, followed by other NSW and VIC regional.
