    @libreoffice I spent the weekend converting my Apple Pages, Numbers, and KeyNote files to LibreOffice. Two things stood out: 1) Libre doesn’t handle KeyNote lines very well, lengths and orientations were all wrong; 2) Libre doesn’t like to bring in custom fonts during the conversion of Pages.

    Both can be worked around.

    Libre has come a long way since I last used it many years ago. I feel like I can use it regularly now. Great job!!!

    The new #ApplePages (#CreatorStudio), without a subscription, on macOS Sequoia, is actually pretty well done. Seems the issues are with Liquid Glass, not the app?

    Apple Pages gets out of your way for focused writing, but don't let its simplicity fool you. It packs powerful features like template control, Word doc finessing, & a hidden Save As. Fair warning: footnotes are quirky. #ApplePages #MacTips #WritingFlow
