Amiga emulator: Amiberry Host-Tools 2.1
Amiberry Host Tools by @midwan is a collection of AmigaOS tools written to bridge the gap between the Amiberry emulator and the host operating system (Linux, macOS, etc.).
Version 2.1 expands Host Tools from three core commands into a broader host integration toolkit for Amiberry.

New tools: host-path, host-reveal, host-notify, host-edit, host-clip, host-info. This release also hardens quoting, URL handling, return codes, and long-path checks.

Success!! We have a working tool chain. Latest builds of Vasm/VBcc/Amiberry and a working 'Build and Run' command in the extension.
Now it's time to clean this up a bit so that it can run on somebody else's machine too.
Then the fun part... debugging support!

Almost done with the changes for the upcoming #Amiberry v8 release. I'm considering also merging the upgrade to SDL3 in there, so far I haven't noticed any regressions with it.

- macOS is now a universal app, instead of two separate ones
- FreeBSD is supported
