Forget regulating AI, and not bricking perfectly serviceable Windows PC. Will the Tech World ever agree on what key combinations force a 'send' and which simply insert a new line without submitting?
Is it always Enter alone for send, or Some Alt/Ctrl/Shift combination?
If I Shift-Enter rather than Alt-Enter will my cursor/focus move off to some other place and ruin my flow and concentration?
