今月はミスキー​向けプラグインをいくつか作った。
全プラグインに、ノートを完全に非表示にする代わりにCWで折りたたむ​オプションを入れている。

設定をランタイムで翻訳できないなら​本体のランタイム翻訳は意味がないので、一部のプラグインで入れていたUI翻訳を外した。
更新を出す当日に海外の人に褒められてしまい、結局各プラグインの英語版を別に作った。

あとはユーティリティやAiScriptライブラリもいくつか作成。
ミスキー​プラグインは伸びしろが大きいけど実用上の限界も感じていて、まずhtmx、そのあとVueを学んでミスキー本体に直接貢献できればと思っている。

最近​ミスキーの人たちにだんだん受け入れられてきて嬉しい。

i managed to get user info using Mk:api(), but i need the fields entry (additional information/extra fields in profile) and i don't know how to access what's in it

after that i need to do that for every post/reply that shows up in the current page (or the users posting them), and preferably cache for each user so that it doesn't have to get the same data many times.

THEN i need to put {the value under a label matching a certain string in additional information/extra fields} under header-container in HTML for each post/reply

i also need to account for additional information/extra fields NOT having a label that matches the strings it's looking for.

and only then will i finally be done

Does anyone writing #Misskey / #Sharkey Plays (coded in #AiScript) know how to set the privacy/visibility setting of the form in Ui:C:postFormButton? I know I can set a content warning with cw, but I have no idea about setting the default visibility of the note generated by the Play. ​:Blobhaj_Thinking:​

I plan to crudely recreate the "poking" function back in the good 'ol days of #Facebook. What I have in mind is, the user inputs the handle of the user, and then generates a note with Direct visibility to the target handle, a CW containing I poked you! Click to see how to poke back, and then of course the text containing whatever instructions I would write. Shouldn't be too complicated I think.

I got to thinking about trying to write a pronoun getter plugin for Firefish again. The stumbling block is still line 17. I can check a user's profile to see if they have a pronouns.page listed and can parse simulated results but, as far as I can tell, there's no way to GET using #AiScript. It's a sensible security precaution but I can't think of a way around it that doesn't hook deep into the Firefish code.

Previously I had created a Pages and Galleries page separately. And now I've added Clips!

People visiting from other instances - it won't work for you, sorry. You have to be logged into our instance.

Next I'll look into configuring it so that you can duplicate the page and share it publicly with others so they can see your collections, not just you!

extremely meh workaround if your #CalcKey / #FireFish timeline keeps jumping around every time you click on a post:

- switch to deck layout
- set default navigation method to "open in new window"

now every time you click on a post it'll open up as a psuedo-popup that you can then maximize. and that popup doesn't touch your timeline at all, meaning it'll stay where it is in the background

i wish there was a way to automatically maximize windows. maybe #AiScript can take care of that? no idea

#TIL that you can see your own and anyone else's Calckey clips, pages, and galleries by visiting their profile - the links are along the top (at least on desktop).

The Your Pages and Your Galleries pages I built with #AiScript are still available to Calckey.Social users and DO provide a bit of clarity about their current state (are they public/private/NSFW) you don't get elsewhere, so that's something!
