I am grateful I can do Yoga outside in the beautiful nature area of Banchar, Himachali Pradesh India.
While staying in New Delhi (indian boyfriend's place) , we mostly stayed inside due to air pollution. The air quality index (AQI) of the air pullifier showed a maximum of 400 when he turned it on. After some time, the AQI showed lower than 30.
