Two lessons for #AfterTheRevolution
The "gentlemen's agreements" and customary ways of governing are completely inadequate to prevent complete destruction from a malignant insider threat. They have to be replaced by laws and regulations.
Every hole that the Trumpists are abusing, the Democrats could have been fixing or using when they were in office. That they didn't, is incompetence. "We don't do that because if we did, they might do it back" is not a sound governing principle. The holes must be eliminated.
