  5. My New Year's project: #health & #fitness #acountability. Going to start tracking my health & fitness practices here on Mastodon as a means of personal accountability.

    Exercise: pretty good at getting 5 days a week in: two strength training, two aerobic, and one combination. Because weekends are considerably less routine, I give myself some grace, and make sure I at least get the dog out for two good walks. 1/
