My advice to aging active people, find a great acupuncturist!
Holy crap, second treatment today was outstanding. Last week, got treatment on Wed morning, went to Boston, danced face off at #goose show. Post show long walk and foot killing. Next morning, no pain!!! So, I ran 5 miles on Thursday morning, danced face off at show again. Felt great all weekend, ran a couple times and treatment again this morning. At 50yo, need to manage pain and keep energy flowing, highly recommend. #accupuncture
