Just spent the workday learning Beautiful Soup (coding stuff), which makes it easier to handle HTML.
My use case was taking an EPUB (ebook format, bunch of XHTML files) and generating <caption> elements for all of the tables, which the tables were missing. Now there is a working script for this!
Once you understand the BeautifulSoup object, all of the things become a lot easier. 😄
