1. A good physical therapy session this morning. I AM going to get the strength back in my right leg, which I couldn't use for over 6 weeks.
2. My husband got a waitlist offer, and now his first p.t. appointment will be this week instead of 2 weeks from now. It's been tough lately with both of us having limited mobility.
3. I succeeded at Waffle, Numbers Waffle, and Mathler this evening. Fun! -
1. Had a long chat with my daughter about every topic we could think up. We've always been close and it's so comforting that it's continued well into her adulthood.
2. Saw the cats licking and grooming each other and then snuggling to combat the cold. They used to do this all the time but it's rare now they're fully grown.
3. Survived my night class even though my sugars were out of control. Just wanted to curl up and sleep but I hid it well enough.

1. We had a lot of fun at the Wait Wait Don't Tell Me taping in Santa Rosa yesterday
2. It was the first time N and I had been together since our relationship changed, and I did pretty well at not slipping back into old patterns. Not completely, but not terrible
3. There was a woman with a walker after the show all on her own and seemed to be struggling with her phone (she said she was going to call an Uber) so we offered and she accepted a ride home 😊

1. The state Secretary of State's elections website indicates that both my husband's and my ballots have been received by our county auditor.
2. Two shorter walks with Donny
3. Tasty blueberry kefir bread -
1. Seeing a mom and two young (maybe 6 and 4) kids come out of Aldi. Each child was carrying a large frozen pizza and grinning from ear to ear.

2. Reassuring appointment with my oncologist this morning
3. My husband walked each dog during a break in the rain between morning storms and incoming afternoon storms. (I'm hoping my hip will be up to my doing at least a short walk with Donny tomorrow.) -
1. A day with no severe weather watches and warnings!
2. Donny seems to be feeling normal this evening after not seeming to feel good this morning.
3. I made my husband's favorite kind of bread (which, happily, is easy and quick), and he enjoys it. -

1. Donny was perfectly happy to walk this afternoon. I'd been worried about him this morning because he kept wanting to turn toward home when I was trying to walk him.
2. Sunny weather without much wind.
3. Ice cream bread (h/t to Coach Mark for introducing me to this idea) -
1. I made cookies, and they're good! I made a small batch, so we can't pig out too badly.
2. The rain again held off during the day, so Donny and I were able to do our day 4 walk in the Cancer Society fundraiser.
3. Donny and I did the rehab exercises and some of the stretches that we were taught yesterday. They went well. Tomorrow we'll try adding the rest of the stretches and the massage. -

I woke up with my 3 things ready to write down but when I tried to move my cat off my chair, I realised she was in pain. So, I'll have to postpone my positivity for a while and concentrate on attending to her. I'll just enjoy reading and boosting other people's positive energy today.
