Without supports, overhangs more45° droop, bridges sag, & parts collapse mid-print.
Quick Guide:
Needed for: Overhangs/bridges with no base below; angles above 45° from vertical.How they work: Slicer software auto-generates temporary "scaffolding" (tree-like or lattice) to hold layers steady, remove post-print!
Tip: Orient parts smartly (flat base down, minimize overhangs) to cut supports by 50%+ & boost strength/speed.

@eljefedsecurit @hughrawlinson So what do you make of this print? #3DPrintingFail #3DPrint #FirstLevelFail #3DPrinting #3DPrintingTips
Notice it doesn’t have enough filament to start, that the outer square has a side missing. Also, why does it look like the Wolverine took adamantium claw marks out of my first layer?
Please help. Obviously, I don’t know what I’m doing. 😔😢

Had a lot of nozzle clogging in the last time🙈. But after reading a lot about it I know how to avoid it!
1. Keep your filament dry☀️
2. Clean your nozzle regularly🧹
3. Use decent materials👍
4. Check you hotend fans🌡️ -
#3dprintingtips make a check list before going #3DPrinting by checking a troubleshooting guide for instance for fff/fdm purging the extruder, checking the belts , make sure the x offset is correct , software check , dry your filament, make sure the settings are appropriate for the material , etc
